We create with you a flexible care plan that meets the needs and support that you require maintaining your lifestyle in your own home; whether this is as little as ¼ hour check call a day or as much as a live-in 24 hour care package.
We offer a wide range of services to help support you.
Our Services:
- Personal care, this normally includes with help washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, feeding, assistance with medication and getting up, going to bed.
- Domestic care which consists of light housework and cleaning hygiene areas.
- Companionship which entails a member of staff providing support and assistance.
- Respite care for regular carers who may require a break from time to time
- Live-in care which requires round the clock care for a long or short period.
We can offer a flexible seamless homecare service with regular trained team of carers which all undergo vigorous vetting procedure including reference checks and enhanced criminal records bureau checks to help ascertains that they are the right person for the job and can provide you with the upmost quality of service.
We offer induction training when carers start which covers the common induction standards that staff can use to credit there NVQ qualifications that they will work towards.
They also complete a manual handling training course that they must have update yearly and recognise and respond to abuse and neglect which is also updated yearly.
We also offer relevant specialist training which we access through the care training consortium.
